We recognize and respect the privacy expectations of today's consumers and the requirements of applicable federal and state privacy laws. We believe that making you aware of how we use your non-public personal information ("Personal Information"), and to whom it is disclosed, will form the basis for a relationship of trust between us and the public that we serve. This Privacy Statement provides that explanation. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement from time to time consistent with applicable privacy laws.

In the course of our business, we may collect Personal Information about you from the following sources:

-       From applications or other forms we receive from you or your authorized representatives;

-       From your transactions with, or from the services being performed by, us, our affiliates, or others;

-       From our internet web sites;

-       From the public records maintained by governmental entities that we either obtain directly from those entities, or from our affiliates or others; and

-       From consumer or other reporting agencies.

Our Policies Regarding the Protection of the Confidentiality and Security of Your Personal Information

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or intrusion. We limit access to the Personal Information only to those employees who need such access in connection with providing products or services to you or for other legitimate business purposes.

Our Policies Regarding the Use of Your Personal Information

Personal Information that we collect is used for three main purposes.  First, we collect Personal Information to improve our web sites by determining which of our areas, features and forums are most popular.  Second, we collect Personal Information to personalize the experience of the users of our web sites.  For example, users of some of the features of our web sites are required to create a User Account, UserID and password in order to access those features.  Finally, we collect Personal Information to enable our users to participate in features, services, programs and/or other activities from time to time.

In order to participate in certain features, services and/or programs of our web sites, we may require that you provide us with certain specific information, such as your full name, company information, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, personal interests and/or other information specific to you.  You can choose whether or not to provide us with this information, but if you choose not to provide any required information, your experience on some of our web sites may be diminished and some features may not be available or may not work as intended.

Our Policies and Practices Regarding the Sharing of Your Personal Information

We may share your Personal Information with our affiliates. We also may disclose your Personal Information:

-       To agents, brokers or representatives to provide you with services you have requested;

-       To third-party contractors or service providers who provide services or perform marketing or other functions on our behalf; and

-       To others with whom we enter into joint marketing agreements for products or services that we believe you may find of interest.

In addition, we will disclose your Personal Information when you direct or give us permission, when we are required by law to do so, when we suspect fraudulent or criminal activities, or when we need to respond to claims that any materials, documents, images, graphics, logos, designs, audio, video and any other information provided from or on any of our web sites violates the rights of third parties. We also may disclose your Personal Information when otherwise permitted by applicable privacy laws such as, for example, when disclosure is needed to enforce any of our rights arising out of this Privacy Statement, the Terms of Use that apply to your use of our web sites, or any other agreement, transaction or relationship with you or to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Basin Holdings LLC, its partners or users or the public.

How Personal Information is Collected

IP Address

Every computer connected to the internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer's "internet Protocol", or IP, address.  When a user requests a web page from any of our web sites, our web servers automatically recognize that user's domain name and IP address.  The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about the user other than the IP address from which the user has accessed one of our web sites.  We may use this information to examine our traffic in the aggregate, but do not collect and evaluate this information for individuals.  Our web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of users.

Cookies

From time to time, we and/or our affiliates or advertisers may send a "cookie" to your computer.  A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your internet browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive.  A cookie, by itself, cannot read data from your hard disk or read cookie files created by other web sites.  A cookie, by itself, does not damage your system.  We may use cookies to identify and keep track of those areas of our web sites that you have visited in the past in order to enhance your next visit to our web sites.  Our advertisers may also use cookies to ascertain how many times that you have seen an advertisement.  We and our advertisers may use this information to better personalize the content, banners and promotions that you see on our web sites.  You can choose whether or not to accept cookies by changing the settings of your internet browser.  If you choose not to accept cookies, your experience on our web sites may be diminished and some features may not be available or may not work as intended.

We use reasonable precautions to keep the information that is disclosed to us secure.  We reserve the right to transfer information in connection with the sale or other disposition of all or part of our business and/or assets.  Furthermore, we cannot and will not be responsible for any breach of security by any third parties or for any actions of any third parties that receive any of the Personal Information that is disclosed to us.  Our web sites may also link to a variety of other web sites and our web sites may contain advertisements of third parties.  We are not and cannot be responsible for the privacy policies of those web sites of third parties or how they treat information about their users.

User Account, Password and Security

For certain features available through our web sites, we may require the use of encryption technologies provided for your protection and/or your use of a UserID and password after setting up a User Account.  We use reasonable precautions to protect the privacy of your UserID, password and User Account information by utilizing an SSL connection.  Accordingly, your UserID, password and User Account information are encrypted using an SSL connection and are not expected to be read in an intelligible form as they travel to our web sites.  You, however, are ultimately responsible for protecting your UserID, password and User Account information from disclosure to third parties, and you are not permitted to circumvent the use of required encryption technologies.  You agree to:  (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your UserID, password and/or User Account, and/or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your User Account at the end of each session.  While we may provide certain encryption technologies and use other reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information and provide suitable security, we do not and cannot guarantee or warrant that information transmitted through the internet is secure, or that such transmissions are free from delay, interruption, interception or error.

Our Policies Regarding Information Collected from Children

Our web sites are not intended or designed to attract children under the age of thirteen (13).  We do not collect Personal Information from any person that we know to be under the age of thirteen (13).  If we learn that a user under the age of thirteen (13) is publicly posting or sharing Personal Information on or through any of our web sites, then we will use reasonable measures to block that user from accessing these areas of our web sites.

Parents should be aware that this Privacy Statement will govern our use of Personal Information, but also that information that is voluntarily given by children – or others – in apps, social networking sites, chat sessions, e-mail exchanges, bulletin boards or the like may be used by other parties to generate unsolicited communications.  We encourage all parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of their Personal Information while using the internet.

Our Policies Regarding European Union Users

Because our web sites are accessible globally, the information that we collect may be made available to our affiliates, partners and subsidiaries worldwide.  For those users visiting us from the European Union, please note that we may transfer your Personal Information outside the European Union for use for any of the purposes described above.  By using any of our web sites and providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to such transfer of your Personal Information.

Privacy Outside Our Web Sites

Our web sites may contain various links to other web sites, including links to various third party service providers.  We are not and cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any of those other web sites.  Other than under agreements with certain reputable organizations and companies, and except for third party service providers whose services you voluntarily elect to utilize, we do not share any of the Personal Information that you provide to us with any of the web sites to which our web sites links, although we may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable data with those other web sites.  Please check with those web sites in order to determine their privacy policies and your rights under them.

Right to Access Your Personal Information and Ability to Correct Errors or Request Changes or Deletion

Certain states afford you the right to access your Personal Information and, under certain circumstances, to find out to whom your Personal Information has been disclosed. Also, certain states afford you the right to request correction, amendment or deletion of your Personal Information. We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred in responding to such requests.
